Payments and refunds

Payments may be required for certain services.

For Get More Customers Method™ Clarity Calls:

  • A full refund will only be provided if the session is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled call
  • Cancellation must be made via email or written communication
  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, no refund will be provided

For Get More Customers Method™ Academy memberships (monthly, quarterly or annual):

  • Refunds are conditional
  • To be eligible, you must complete and demonstrate that you have followed the training, instructions and procedures provided
  • Your implementation will be reviewed
  • If it is determined that you have fully followed the system and it has not produced leads or enquiries, a refund may be offered at my discretion
  • If you have not completed or implemented the training fully, no refund will be provided

This approach reflects the nature of the material provided. Once knowledge, methods and intellectual property have been accessed, they cannot be returned.
